How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. A confirmation email will arrive within minutes.
I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check Promotions/Spam. If still missing after 10 minutes, email admin@artilate.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can modify or cancel before dispatch. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer (Canada). Discount codes at checkout.
What taxes are charged?
Applicable Canadian taxes based on destination. For Alberta, GST (5%).
Where do you deliver locally?
Calgary, Airdrie, Edmonton, Cochrane, and nearby areas. Delivery windows appear at checkout by postal code.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is available with a small fee shown at checkout based on your postal code and selected window. Free pickup is always available at Crossroads Farmers Market (Calgary).
How should I store my chocolates?
Keep in a cool, dry place (16–20°C, ≤50% RH). Avoid sunlight and strong odours. Refrigerate only if the label indicates.
Allergens & cross-contact
Products are made in a facility that handles tree nuts, soy (lecithin), and milk. While we clean carefully, cross-contact may occur. Always read the product label for the specific flavour.
