How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. A confirmation email will arrive within minutes.
I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check Promotions/Spam. If still missing after 10 minutes, email admin@artilate.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can modify or cancel before dispatch. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer (Canada). Discount codes at checkout.
What taxes are charged?
Applicable Canadian taxes based on destination. For Alberta, GST (5%).
Where do you deliver locally?
Calgary, Airdrie, Edmonton, Cochrane, and nearby areas. Windows appear at checkout by postal code.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes, for orders over $99 in Calgary/Airdrie (thresholds may vary in promos/holidays).
How should I store my chocolates?
Cool, dry place 16–20°C, ≤50% RH. Avoid sunlight/odours. Refrigerate only if label indicates.
