Allergen & Cross-Contact Notice

Our facility handles milk, soy (lecithin), peanuts, tree nuts, wheat (gluten), eggs, sesame and sulphites. Cross-contact may occur. Always check the product label for INGREDIENTS, CONTAINS and MAY CONTAIN statements.

Storage & Shelf-Life

  • Store at 16–20°C, ≤ 50% RH, away from sunlight/odours.
  • Refrigerate only if specified; temper sealed back to room temperature before opening.
  • Fresh ganache bonbons have shorter best-before; follow the printed date.
  • Fat/sugar bloom can occur and is cosmetic, not a safety defect.

Health & Special Considerations

  • Some recipes include alcohol; adults only, check labels.
  • If you have medical conditions, review ingredients and consult a professional.
  • Do not feed chocolate to pets.

Quality, Variations & Transparency

All items are handcrafted; small variations in decoration or colour are normal. Images are illustrative; recipes may adjust with seasonality — labels reflect current formulation.
